Our Ministries

At each stage of life, a Nazareth ministry helps people strengthen their faith in Jesus Christ. From the babies cared for in our nursery to the individuals served by our Adults 55+ Ministry, Nazareth is always here for you: helping, guiding, caring.

We have ministries for preschoolers, elementary students, junior high students, high school students, college people, young adults, and men, women, and senior adults. We share the excitement and diversity of large group activities and the intimacy and companionship of small groups. We encourage the development and growth of new leaders and new ministries.Welcome to Nazareth. Welcome to a life shared in Christ.

A Fish Story?
The Book of Jonah

Adult Bible Study

Ask almost anyone what the Book of Jonah is about and the answer you'll get is, "It's a fish story! A man named Jonah gets swallowed by a big fish!"

Yes, there is a big fish, but even more, the Book of Jonah is the story of a big God, a God who wishes to love and have mercy on everyone.

Come and have your theology (and life) expanded! It's not a fish story!

All Nazareth members and friends are welcome to attend.

There is no cost to attend and no previous study is required - only the desire and willingness to let the Word of God speak to you.

Perspectives on the World Christian Movement

Make plans now to attend this class with its emphasis on helping participants learn more about God’s heart for all nations and how Christians worldwide can play an active role in the Great Commission.

The Perspectives Study Program is a ministry of the US Center for World Mission, a non-denominational ministry that works with churches, mission agencies, and campus ministries around the world. Each Perspectives class is run locally by teams of volunteers who have a desire to mobilize their community to God's purposes.

At Nazareth, men of all ages and backgrounds gather together in Bible studies, small groups, and service ministries.

Women

Providing opportunities for women to gain more understanding about who Christ is, what He has done for us, and how He can inspire us to serve others, support each other, and share Christ with everyone.

Hospitality happens when the Christ in you welcomes the Christ in me. At Nazareth, we offer numerous opportunities to welcome Christ in one another.

Small Groups

Small Groups Provide Connections and Community
In a church the size of Nazareth, it can be easy to get lost and disconnected from others. That’s why it’s vital for individuals to belong to at least one group of people with whom they feel connected and accountable.

Children

Children's Ministry at Nazareth
Our mission is to equip and encourage children to claim, express, and affirm their faith and grow in their relationship with Jesus Christ.

College

Our Goal: To encourage and challenge college students to take steps toward becoming fully-committed followers of Jesus Christ. We believe that Christ has the power to transform lives and wants you to grow in your faith during your college years. Whoever you are and wherever you’re at with God, Naz’s college ministry has a place for you.

Nursery

The Nazareth Nursery is open during all Sunday morning worship services and welcomes infants and toddlers up to the age of 3. Children who turned 3 years old by September 15, 2011 are invited to attend Kidz ROCK Sunday School from 9:50-10:50 a.m.

A room is provided for nursing mothers every Sunday morning. A closed-circuit television allows you to view the worship service. Please stop at the Information Desk on Sunday morning and ask for more information.
