Highly engaging, age-appropriate,
Bible-based, faith-building Sunday School

KidzRock is our highly engaging, age-appropriate, Bible-based, faith-building Sunday school for kids ages 3 (3-year-olds MUST TURN 3 BY 9/15/2024) to 6th grade from 9:30-10:30 a.m. (drop off starts at 9:20 a.m.; kids in the first service will be dismissed after the children's sermon and led to their rooms by volunteers). During this time, kids and volunteers worship together and learn about important Bible truths through storytelling, teachings, and videos. Following the teaching, kids break into small groups for kid-relevant relationship-building, discussion, and activities with their leaders.

KidzRock will NOT meet on the following Sundays:

Dec. 1st (Thanksgiving)

Dec. 22nd (Christmas)

Dec. 29th (New Year's)

March 16th (Spring Break)

2025 VBS Road Trip

On The Go With God! During our "Road Trip" Vacation Bible School, over 250 students, and over 140 volunteers discovered the powerful presence of God in our lives! Across our five days together, we focused on Joshua 1:9, “The Lord your God is with you wherever you go” and explored how God is with us on the journey, when we go off course, when we're joyful, when we're lonely, and no matter if we're near or far! Some of the bible stories we studied include: Abraham and Sarah following God, Mary and Elizabeth's family reunion, and Jesus visiting Zacchaeus.

Kids were arranged by grade and rotated around the church to participate in various activity stations. These stations include Bible Drama, where they saw the bible stories come to life. At the craft station, the kids created window clings, designed visors hats, and made key chains! At the science station, groups tested magnetics, gravity and more while learning how God uses science! Lastly, at the recreation station, the kids enjoyed playing various games outside on the front lawn! We began and ended each night with energetic worship, with everyone singing and worshiping to our favorite VBS songs!

Thanks to our gracious families and volunteers who donated cans of fruit, applesauce, toilet paper, and plastic bags for the Nazareth food pantry. The money donated at VBS allows Nazareth to do service projects throughout the year with Children's and Family Ministry and support local mission projects such as putting together Christmas Food Boxes and purchasing health supplies for the Kits & Quilts ministry. Thank you for such an incredible week!
